High attention to detail in all areas seems all staff are trying there best to make customers happy!! Resort felt very clean and comfortable, staff overall excellent in particular life guards are helpful and friendly with our young children taking time to play with them and not just ignoring them. the pool and all gardens are looked after to a very high standard. the lagoon that hotel is situated on has multiple water sport options beside hotel on the beach and Dahab itself a short taxi ride away. Felt very safe taking my family to this hotel and Dahab town itself.

This place is a hidden gem!

The stay was simply amazing. The staff were able to accommodate all our requests, with a SMILE. The resort has so much to offer and all the staff, from the reception, security, restaurant, and amenities staff, went above and beyond. Great and board food selection that works for everyone. Special thanks to Nesma, Mahmoud, Mohamed and Awni for their hospitality and support. Will definitely come back again to Dahab and Safir.

My best stay in dahab, definitely be back.

The hotel was just perfect, better than we expected. we came a group of 4 friends for a diving holiday and we’re surprised that the hotel is brand new. the pool is awesome, the rooms we’re big and we asked for 2 separate beds and that’s what we received. breakfast was good. we also had dinner once and enjoyed it.

I really don’t have anything bad to say.

does not worth the price, compared to other hotels in the area

lovely private beach, spacious and clean rooms. the personnel at the hotel are very friendly and helpful

the people at the reception are not attentive or actually care about your experience. the hotel is located a bit further from the city center. the food is ok. we booked a room with a king bed and instead got 2 separate double beds because the king rooms were overbooked. although we spoke to the reception multiple times, they continued saying that a room “will become available soon” but just continued brushing us off until the end of the stay (we stayed for 5 nights!). this was disappointing, and no compensation was offered for the mistake on their end. as a married couple that sleeps together, it was uncomfortable. the spa was still under construction when we arrived. DO NOT go for a massage at ASpa which is offered as an alternative from the hotel near by. very low level spa facilities and massage.
